Duties: |
Conduct
research and statistical analysis that tests and analyzes
the feasibility, design, operation and performance of
equipment, components and systems; Develop forms, procedures,
schedules and sampling criteria for field data collection;
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing staff
at client companies to ensure quality standards exist
and that products meet those standards; Assist the company
in its expansion into Latin American market; Make oral
and written presentations to client companies on quality
control and resolution of complex problems.

| Minimum
Requirements: |
B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, such as
manufacturing, physics, electrical or industrial engineering,
or engineering technology; 5-7 years experience in quality
engineering position in a manufacturing industry; Masters
degree may substitute for some experience; Familiarity
with Excel and Minitab or other statistical program
used in the manufacturing industry; Strong knowledge
of Six Sigma and quality tools, including SPC (statistical
process control).
